We are not currently investing in rentals near New Brunswick but we spent a good deal of time looking (and had one under contract over by cook/Douglas campus at one time - that property is still on the market - btw - if you wanted to hear a long story :).

In this case FC was not started until 2014, 5 years after the last payment- I don't know why the delay but there were no issues with the legal system other then Cook county being slow.
