They could probably have also added authentication or some form of app-specific password approach to allow 3rd party solutions to continue full integration, but as is often the case with software development and PII, sharing the absolute minimum data in the least amount of ways is often the easier, faster, and preferred approach over the long term.

For PA people, there is an app called PA e-docket that makes it a lot easier than looking online.  

The app does nothing when I click to upload and when I go to https://biggerpockets.com/prof... it says "page not found".

If you can start building as many relationships as possible through attending these meetups, you will start moving in the right direction faster than you may expect.I would throw out some meetups, but I would just download the  Meetup App, and then search for Real Estate in the NOVA/DC/Maryland Area, you will find a ton.
