Hi Anthony,If it were me I'd pick up the phone right now and call my deal attorney(s), the CPA, (the broker--decide on this one yourself), the 1031 guy/gal, the apartment management company, the loan broker -- everyone who has a dollar stake in the deal--and see if they know anyone who can possibly be a Key Principal in the deal.Hopefully you can work something out.Good Luck!
