Has anyone invested primarily in turn key properties and sustained a livable income from such properties?

thanks Chris, just wondering have you utilize any banks in new haven that you recommend please pm me. 

I believe it's just another tool in the tool box for someone to utilize.  

For various reasons the section of the river in our county is very under-utilized - there are tubing rentals and kayak outfitters and so on on every other section, but none near our area.

In the past I utilized an FHA loan to purchase my first investment property which is a 4-family I also live in.

Current rents were $650 top, $750 bottom(actual rents and appraised rents) with utilities.
