All of these factors are fueling hotel growth, and will continue to fuel STR ownership as long as Scottsdale allows it.If you're going to look in Chandler or Gilbert, I'd look for homes that are close to their downtown areas(Their version of Old Town Scottsdale).

Hi Dane,Lets talk YOU for a moment.Every high income physician I know makes that income by putting in the hours.And then there are the required "Unwind" hours that increase with the increase in billable hours.And then there are the "getaways" //recreational travel to recharge your batteries// if you do that.Look at your daily, weekly, and monthly current time commitment and figure out where the time will come from to handle a psudo-hotel business.How many times must you take a call for the business when you are treating Mrs.

You could potentially try AirBnB for those that are coming into town - but you will be competing against Winstar who offers most people complimentary stays in their hotel if they give Winstar enough of their money lol.It's an interesting concept/idea and I have thought about it myself.
