I completely agree with @Ali Boone and the others: Success as an overseas investor is all about building an effective ground team (entity structuring, deal sourcing, acquisitions support, property management, banking & finance).

Hello BP,I'm wondering if anyone can shed some light on how they have structured partnership agreements in the past? 

I do understand at a basic level that this kind of zoning allows for a two story in structure in the back. 

I would also recommend finding a specific strategy/method to your investing.

Two other people and myself are looking to buy our first rental property together and are trying to determine the best structure to set up the agreement (such as an LLC).  

Since it seems like mixed reviews saying a "legal" pyramid structured business, I am skeptical.
