I do plan on seeking out a reputable and QUALIFIED QI when we start this process.

Once you gain that reputation and prove yourself then referrals will start coming in but you need get to that point first. 

Hard money lenders just don't seem to be an option here, can't find a reputable, responsive, nor available HML willing to fund our area and since we're so "new".

Looking for recommendations of some reputable companies in the area that our board could engage with and do some further research. 

Also keep in mind reputation matters.

At least at first until my LLC has an established reputation & portfolio.
