Crazy how the officials in my city of Palmdale were pushing hard and promoting the coming of the space command but it was never really in the runnings, smh.

I mean I literally just signed my forms with them 3 weeks ago and not even officially licensed yet. 

However, when you pull up the official information with the State of Nevada where his business is registered, you can see that there is a company named "Walter Built LLC" there, but there's no mention of a "Joseph Walter". 

-> the seller claims that it was the prior seller disclosure with no official proof/older-disclosure.

Now probate is completed and I'm going to get signatures again to have it officially deeded to me. 

I always find it best to look for where a city is headed... have a look at Moncton's OCP (official community plan):  https://www5.moncton.ca/docs/bylaws/By-law_Z-113_Municipal_Plan.pdf as a starting point.  

They also have the lobbying power to buy and control politicians, which means nothing changes.

As I said earlier in this thread, these subsidies will only cause general prices to increase -- therefore, it wouldn't surprise me if this inititaive were supported by and lobbied for by home builders and developers ---- it greatly benefits them.

We haven't submitted our supporting documents yet nor signed the final document to make it 'official'.
