This is an amazing audiobook if you have access to an app for audiobooks.

I don’t think your numbers are possible in any market if your plan is set it and forget it with a prop manager, so you need to be willing to use apps and have a some local relationships.

I focus on construction technology, CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365), project efficiencies, and business operations (Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps). 

Personally I feel the “budgeting apps,” such as mint, or even your local bank website are really are not that helpful.
