It's freaky and obviously the worst things come to mind first (backed up sewage system, roots in pipes, faulty supply line, etc).  

You have to build a system around that individual to succeed and turn a lot of projects.  

Question: does anyone know if there are Fannie/Freddie, FHA or VA rules that require a forced air system to be ducted to all parts of the house?

I still have a lot to follow up on.Most people get too much into detail that it completely paralyze them trying to do everything perfect, now that I see what wholesaling is about i'm just sending letters it might seem reckless to some but one of deals came from a home owner who didn't need to sell but passed my letter along.

To many managers fail to see the ROI on MAINTAINING great tenant relations and solely focus on their acquisition systems and not RETENTION measures.

A newer system might save lots of fuel and future utility cost. 

Is there a standard classification system and do you know if there is anyway to tell the "classification" based on Mls data?

I whole heartedly believe that much more is possible with the right systems and people in place.
