Do yourself the best favor, throw away notion of how do you build Rome with twigs, and go find the rock-stars and put them to work for you.

I have started to build my team but would love to hear any suggestions from the BP community on rock stars in those areas.

I purchased some land last year in Rock Hill, SC that I am building my personal home on, and I was also able to subdivide off 4 one acre lots. 

Prices have gone up a lot and it’s harder to find deals but the rents are rock solid and so is the appreciation.

It may not seem to align with RE, but the skills needed to be a rock star in any industry are more similar than you think.

The main lesson I learned is you make profit on a flip when you buy it, not when you sell it.In order to buy it right, you need a rock solid contractor that will SHOW up and perform.
