The whole thing in my opinion is ridiculous... any quack on the internet with a masters degree in psychology can issue an ESA letter from anywhere in the country to a "patient" they've never met so they can bring their cats and snakes into my properties without paying additional deposits or pet rents.

I assume you could do it like you can at larger schools but I have an undergraduate degree and really don't care about getting "credit" for it.

I contacted some mitigation companies today and it looks like $3-4K to have a "ambient" treatment performed where they heat all units to 130+ degrees for 5 hours and then spray with chemicals.
