Not only because of the freedom real estate investing can bring and the relationships it can build with other like minded people.The past month I have had my head buried in the books that Brandon Turner, David Green, and Josh Dorkin have written such as How To Invest in Real Estate, How to Invest in Real Estate For Low (and No) Money down, and have just started Long Distance Real Estate Investing.With that said, I really enjoy the wholesale process out of the methods I've learned about thus far.
