As for land lording, Don't expect to get rich fast.

You drop food, you throw things on the seat or bed that might stain, etc.

My only guess is that since a lot of people's income is declining in value due to price inflation in daily life (utilities, food, energy), that they may travel less, and that could affect HI's economy. 

i had a guy come in and spray..twice the roaches are going into the adjacent apartments due to the spray, bait, and the fact that the food source is gone since the tenants are gone.

Spend a buck a food and get porcelain over ceramic.

The RE student is like a lamb to the kill they are the most gullable and vulnerable of all potential students.. they get sucked into the you can get rich even with no money credit etc.
