Hello, I am currently under contract for a 3-unit multi family that contains one 2-unit building with a total of 1,000 square feet and a stand-alone building with 1-unit.

But with a 20-unit property you do stand a better chance of coming up with a "wait list" of tenants and being able to use it.  

I mean, don't tell her that length, but an occasional reminder, "Hey, my offer still stands.

But yes I am just as annoyed as you but doubt this one will actually go through not allowing us to raise rents after they move out.We need to join forces and stand against this bs.

They also knew I was going to the mat to negotiate a great deal for THEM and that I wasn't going to fold easy.

Many people have a tv stand/console...and they are cheap as well as movable.
