That's a difficult question to answer without understanding your current financial situation and risk tolerance.

@Jorge Leon Jr, I understand the ease and sense of security that comes with not having a mortgage, but from a purely financial POV, it isn't ideal.

Is it advisable to leave the pool as is, and save the fill cost of about $12K, or just fill it from a liability stand point?
