So like I fool I thought this person worked a couple jobs putting in 80 hour weeks and rehabbed his own house etc.

A lot of the numbers Deal Machine came up with were different and even some home owner names.I have a large list to skip and was trying to avoid spending a couple thousand with Batch, but don't want to waster me time calling bum numbers from Deal Machine.Any thought?

Also depends on your school of thought. 

I hadn't thought of how the new tenant will likely be catching small repairs that the previous didn't mention, but yes agreed that getting things fixed quickly shows you're a good landlord.

Perhaps when the business lines of credit grow after sustained  responsible use, the value will pay off in the longer run as compared to other options I may have missed/not thought of (such as what you suggested).

But thoughts?
