I relocated to Simpsonville, SC in 2007 for business (currently reside & LLC location), and when the RE bubble burst in 2008, I was forced to unload the properties to avoid increasing difficulties of managing properties 800 miles away (no contracted property management utilized at that time), as well as potential financial crisis as the market turned for the worse.  

i am going through 2 purchases on houses over 10+ mortgages. so i am having difficulty finding lenders that do it.

@Randy E.and @Curt Davisplease stop trying to get me to promote on the forums:)  I especially agree with Randy's earlier quote about the difficulty of predicting appreciation.

Sounds like I'm not the only one having difficulty.  

You will need a 4" hole saw - masonry bit if your exterior is brick or stucco.The job is pretty simple but the difficulty will be determined by access.

I had difficulties financing a rural property until I went the local bank route.

Democracy has had difficulty of surviving throughout history. 200-300 year life.

With TIC's I'm concern that with the glut of condos coming out to the market, there will be less demand for them considering the financing difficulties.

I'm obviously having difficulty with the company's and Chaz Guinn's integrity as a note seller.

From what I understand it is an appraisal situation that would help you avoid any legal difficulties.
