Welcome to BP Larry.So what qualifications do you look for when hiring property managers especially for long distance flips?

I started doing Wraps (installment sales), however have expanded into Rehab & flip and long term buy & holds as the market shifts.My niche is single family houses.I am currently based in Auckland, New Zealand, however I am commuting to NC frequently.

There is one snowball traveling a great distance....The first path IS going downhill.

How are you going to manage this from a distance?

That will be profitable for all but the cheapest areas.All too many of those "experts" who advocate long distance investing are selling education or properties.

I've always thought that this long-distance landlording is a big joke and have witnessed countless long-distance landlords fail in my area.

Are you willing to become a long-term long-distance landlord in that case?

As for the long distance, it works for me.

I generally don't recommend long distance property ownership but, these are different times and there's quite a few individuals here at the BP site who are successful at it and are willing to give advice.Anything I can do to help....let me know.

Location is very good, walkng distance to a lot of things, major super market near by.
