The ceiling however is a popcorn celling and my contractor buddy told me there may or may not be asbestos.  

Currently I use my cell phone and then file and print out the photos on computer paper in case future damages and court evictions.

I am now thinking 2x per cold season is actually the correct amount, based on my assumption that a person in the Denver-Metro area is likely only needing their furnace from Nov - May (unless they are super-wimpy like I now am, with tropical blood). 

Give me the address and I can see the roof in real time, and for $20 can hire someone to knock on the door with their cell on video. 

Then they realize that the client is paying them less than a cell phone bill per month.  

Unfortunately we are using a dedicated cell phone line and the phone numbers that called didn't show up with caller ID.

Equity in the 5 & 10 year cells are property value - Loan balance.

The benefit of that is that the calls forwarded to my cell come through with my business name as the caller ID, so I immediately know what the call is regarding.  

Currently, I use part of the rent excess to pay my monthly car note and cell bill.My potential partner is successful in the CO concessions industry but I am not too how savvy he is in REI.
