I took that priority completely out of the equation altogether for my experiment to see what other benefits I would find that did not include return.

I'm researching whether the return is worth it; the solar will be installed on a 35,000 sqft, flat-roofed office building I have.

Or do you charge a flat fee the month of the inspection?

I either do 3% to represent buyer, flat fee if it's below 70K or 2K flat fee for paperwork. 

The information in some of the wholesale distribution packets is flat out wrong.
