Maybe you can help, looking for a couple good contracts/agreements that deal with the 50/50 profit split on a loan, they go by different names: profit-participating loansParticipating Loan Participating financingequity participation loanprofit participating second mortgages anyone have any tried and true agreements that are not partnerships- then I can customize it to my needs, and have my legal guy over them and regionalize.
