Recently I have been hearing about multiple hosts in Texas that are getting citations for operating a coliving facility with occupancy greater than the permitted number of unrelated occupants.

It is less than an acre, but zoned for multi-family residential development (town-homes, condos, apartments, etc) Having never been, I know nothing of the potential in Delta Utah.

Hey @Devon Moore not sure where or why you'd lean towards a land lease unless that's standard for this developer.In my experience its difficult to capitalize deals with ground leases involved.
