HI all, If you have tenants who fell behind on rent payments, City of Philadelphia just released an emergency assistance program that will accept application only between May 12 and May 16th.

My desire to be financially free began nearly a year and a half ago while working Dave Ramsey's baby steps program, and my increased interest in  building wealth was sparked a year ago after listening to hours of the BiggerPockets podcasts and then reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad.

What does that loan program entail?

For example, I recently heard on the Jason Hartman podcast that there may be some state and gov rental assistance programs coming out.

One is a software engineer who can run websites, analyze deals/programs, and also help fund.
