I wouldn't cheap out on the kitchen putting in a used appliance unless it looks brand new.

Hauling and disposal of the contaminated soil.Oil can leak from the corroded tanks, from valves and fittings, and from the oil delivery line.

To ensure clean drinking water, the landlord will be providing bottled water delivery, but will be passing that cost along to the renter.

Those prices seem very cheap to me.

When you get the MLS sheet on these comp properties read over the description, look at the pictures to see what the condition of each property really is and that should tell you why it sold for such a cheap price.

Its also not cheap, however; knew it before hand and worked it into the numbers...  

The people doing these are probably buying them cheap and obv just flipping the property for a quick property so I can see how that would be lucrative.
