I know it's hard to cash flow today, especially in the A neighborhoods, but would like to hear what you think.Thanks ground up. you can get a plot of land right now and put 60 units on, I can entitle land with that amount of money and 3x the value through entitlements and sell it shovel ready or bring it as equity so much value. condo entitlement or multifamily is what I'd recommend in miami Greenfield looks like the way to go on in expensive market .... if one can find the land. 

I recommend finding a great local lender and building a relationship with them, then getting your info directly from them rather than articles and videos.  

I suspect he would continue to recommend passive players buy indexes or just Berkshire stock!

I would highly recommend FB marketplace and also joining local FB real estate, rental, and leasing groups. 

If you consider yourself sensitive I would recommend spending time on other entrepreneurial ventures.

Hey there BP friends- I am looking for any recommendations the community can offer for a great MTR property management company.

I would NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy and I hope that I can prevent others from being scammed by WealthAbility by posting my personal experience on as many forums, websites, platforms as possible and by filing complaints to every agency out there that deals with consumer fraud.

If so, any recommendations?
