Most of my time is spent chasing up agents for basic information then waiting for days for a reply.I'm sure many of you have had similar experiences.

I really don’t want to wait two more years until I’m done with school to get a job and start investing.

(It is taking 3 weeks just to get our recent note purchase transferred to our servicer, and another month of waiting after before we can even begin outreach)Foreclosure will most likely be the case which will result in a couple possible scenarios.1 MHP is purchased by another bidder at foreclosure auction. 

The problem is, how long do I wait to release it?

I would save up to buy a cheap car for a few thousand dollars and sell your current car.

Any suggestions other than waiting for natural market appreciation?

@Neil Schlimgen You probably want to wait until you find something in your price range.

I would wait and save yourself the $1,000 or so a year it's going to run you.

Or, you could just wait a couple weeks and then resubmit a lower offer.

I'm currently contesting the results of the appraisal and I'm waiting to hear their response, but I want to make sure that I have a contingency plan lined up just in case things turn sour.
