I've been using Zilloway, Facebook, Craigslist and other internet outlets.

My company and assistant does all those tasks, all while taking pride with us building great positive  relationships with our clients.

I've gotten many referrals this way for other tenants, and it also seems the tenants bother me less with menial tasks. 

Are people seriously trying to protect themselves from someone suing because they took advice over the internet and it didn't work out?

Even though computer savvy(internet browser) person can still find out my address, but knowing that I am investing in shady area not that many folks will have that kind of skill-set.

The rent on the other 3 units paid my whole mortgage plus my utilities and cable/internet bill.  

Managing out of state property on your own is no easy task (for anyone).

I'm only looking to buy and hold properties for now, with maybe a little single house flipping down the road once I've gotten my feet wet into this venture.Thanks in advance for replys, I can't guarantee I'll have internet access to respond all the time but certainly enjoy the enthusiasm this website has towards helping and educating beginners to become successful.

Not sure why our current society thinks they should all have success and become rich day one in RE ... and skip the apprenticeship that most of us have gone through.I guess its just the internet age and access too to much information ... much of it white noise.

I did a little internet research and read that the top scorers have an average of 7% so that may be one area of improvement.
