Don't get me wrong, a $45k property is definitely on the low end, but most properties in that area aren't worth more than $100k.I have not walked the property (my agent sent me a video of him walking through it), however I am familiar with the area as I lived just a few miles east of it for four years.

@Maria Bocanegra I have a photography company that I use for my own listings that does staged photos, video tours, and even Matterport 3D tours.

People were complaining that they were getting killed in video games. 

The light would be a no plan permit, where the electrician would submit the circuit record card, which allows the City to determine that the modifications are still within the allowable loads and specs for the lights being changed. 

I see them like the “Angry Birds” video game of the times.

Good Afternoon,Today I have spoken to several very helpful representatives and found thatmy only course of action is to submit an exception to policy in hopes youhear my appeal.

I provide them with a few pictures or video demonstrating what I found at move-out.

I'm more than happy to field contractor quotes, shoot video, take measurements, etc to help analyze the deals and get rehab lined up for post-closing.

I can take renovating photos/videos, general quality inspections, walk the layout, etc.
