- Is there a cost/ROI benefit of a 2 floor ADU plan vs single floor vs Loft ADU floor plan?

I would increase their deposit by that amount to ensure you have enough to cover an empty tank and a month of lost rent.

I don't think it should matter if the deal is seller financed, cash, or hard money; the title search and insurance process should be the same.
