Hi Everyone, I"m new to Bigger Pockets Pro and looking to start investing in rentals using the BRRRR method.

We also save paper copies of all of our receipts. 

My name is Tommy and I'm new to the REI world but I've had the desire to get into it since I bought my first  home - primary residence in 2020 but never had the capital to start.

I have about $100K saved up and am able to save $4k/month.

Also, I will start attending the Orlando CFRI meetings.
