Can a mother pass on her VA loan to her son?

We wanted vehicles, and also wanted our son, covered.We spent much of the morning calling and emailing various providers.

Well, my son is in his senior year studying architecture with minors in construction management and interior design.He planned waaay ahead and did a bunch of stuff while in high school so his debt isn't anywhere near 100k.
