When you walk into a phone call, meeting etc. with this in mind it sorta makes the large issue silly, I often start meetings this way...to pull everyone out of the legal/expert arena and into....oh we are actually all trying to survive and syndicate a solution together.

There are either calls complaining of our tenant or our tenant complaining about neighboring tenants too often (mostly late noise but parking, etc.).

This will include property taxes paid, interest and penalties.The purchaser will be served with a petition notice of redemption and must answer it within 30 days.There will be a hearing and the judge will determine the amount necessary for the redemption.Redemptions don't happen very often.

If you can find the one, they could also help you with things like: "that neighborhood doesn't attract the right sort of tenants"; "sorry, I won't manage properties in that area"; "I reckon you could get a better rent return if you choose this other neighborhood" - and such like.
