Not true but ok I'll go to bank the bank sends me a message today and says that in 21 the property was moved to an s Corp in 22 in was put in just my moms name then in 23 it was put in my sister and mom's name.

The last two tenants broke their lease early (said they got new jobs and had to move). 

$25 extra per cleaning shouldn't move the needle much.

It's best to leave it and move on.

Other's I had not considered but I can see value moving forward. 

I have been investing in Toledo, OH since 2009 and owned 2-12 unit buildings and find they are way too hyped (read lots of guys from BP want to pay too much for them) and the reality is residents in Toledo are ultimately seeking a house with a yard and a garage so as soon as a resident improves their financial situation they move into a house.

Considering moving to Charlotte within the next couple years..I honestly don't truly know where to start.
