When considering a provider review their references, and from their responses on the forum you can get an idea of their knowledge level.

@Dave Foster is a very knowledgable intermediary who is active on this forum and can probably help you out with some details if that approach is of interest to you.  

I'm not an expert, but I think that the future is bright for Emery County .

Any Oahu / Hawaii experts out there?

I'm trying to figure out where my current knowledge would best fit for now while I learn new things.

Throughout the past 9 months I've on and off I've been trying to get in contact with the owners of the property, who to my knowledge are since divorced and in foreclosure due to the paperwork on the front door. 

For the record, I am not at all implying that anyone on this thread lacks knowledge, I am simply relaying that it is not all "doom and gloom" like some others try to make it out to be. 

However I thought this post seemed pretty realistic.Usually these self promoting posts get a hearty round of praise from the complete newbs, and are completely  ignored by anyone actually knowledgeable. 

It is really dependent on the individual, their KSAs (knowledge, skills, abilities), their interest level, their geographic proximity, etc.
