I live in the Oregon wine country and think it is perfect environment for this concept.  

I consider it was an extraordinary experience in terms of learning but essentially on profits made in a pro business environment country with solid and clear laws, both for tenants and landlord.

@Matthew G.I think you have to look at the market and greater environment too.

It is better financially, its better for the environment (they will use less if they pay for their real usuage).  

The very last thing that I want is to live in that environment!!!

Small regionals get static from their regulators about loaning on specs in the current environment.
