It’s one of those things that you almost want to tell a newer investor to try it so they can see how “painful” it is as it is a good learning experience.

It’s not long enough to get through an eviction process I’ve tried but still a pain and confidence killer.

FHA-approved home appraisers will determine the value of the property, but they also must ensure that it meets HUD requirements for health and safety.

I'm also trying to figure out what would work "time" wise since my wife and I are both have careers in health care and we have small children.

The flood pain maps were redrawn recently so hard to say - honestly I think nobody really knows at this point, what areas will flood, but the maps are out there, and there isn't much point in speculating. 

One of my biggest expense as a self employed Realtor/Investor is health care.
