You would need to give 60 days notice to vacate in most areas to be safe.

What price range do you want to be in?

Shorter cash cycle marketing would be PPC, but I wouldn't recommend it if you are just starting out.

Your note would be $650k so you’d be receiving $45,500 in interest annually initially, and paying out $13,500, so net to you is $32,000 annually in interest.  

Although building out the ADU could have increased the value, the opportunity to hit the summer market and sell quickly worked out well for us.
