The regulations are a complicated web I'm having trouble understanding.

One feature I seem to want when it comes to self-storage is the ability for customers to rent the storage online over the web.  

Is there any ideas or web links to go to that we can put in their information and calculate our a potential return on their investment worksheet and the pro's of being a private investor for real estate deals? 

You could also create a web site specifically for the rental, and put all these keywords into it.

I'm relatively new to the game (and this forum) but I have seen in this thread a lot of demand for web scrapers or developing some sort of proprietary database of leads, properties, and contacts from public record.With that, if people are hosting this information of public information, they may want to ensure it stays protected as well.

One unit is advertised as storage so I assume only 3 are legal, either because of zoning or because of the Certificate of Occupancy.I checked the assessor web site to find the specific zoning for the building but it just says 2-6 apts, over 62 years, so I'm not sure whether 4 is legal or not.
