Keeping the property, has me kinda close in my debt to income ratio (well on paper at least not in reality but that's a whole other story), and with the storm coming that is probably not were I want to be.The only rush we have is the fact that we have a newborn coming, and no nursury, but the reality is that the baby is gonna be in mothers arms non stop for the next 6 months, I spent the first year with our firstborn sleeping on the couch!

You know it's getting bad when the grafitti on the bathroom walls is so badly misspelled that you can't figure out what dirty word they were trying to convey.On the other hand, correcting a person's grammar or spelling without being asked to is an act of hostility and not only causes hard feelings, it makes people stop posting.Contrary to what the grammar police and spelling police dearly believe, it does not make them look like superior beings because they understand the inner workings of spelling and grammar.

sighhh. i'm thinking of stopping this deal altogether because now the seller doesn't want to do the lease option and is basically asking for straight cash (which is ridiculous for the area) even though when I called him last, he was very excited to do the deal.

The only draw back is that the Light Rail stops running from about 1am-5am, so you need to focus efforts on city commuters who are not interested in going out at night time.Jersey Heights I don't know nearly anything about, it would appear from my forays up there to be a pretty rough neighborhood.

Unfortunately, I was just read that the city that I own property in has put a stop to allowing any more billboards or large "off premises" signs, which are basically commercial signs for businesses that do not occupy the property.Oh well, it was worth a shot.
