We had an individual click on the ad, and provide us with their name, email and cell phone number along with the notation that by submitting this information you agree to receive emails and text messages etc.Well, I guess this person does not remember this (thankfully this is information we easily keep and have readily available), and had an attorney send us a letter noting their client never signed up to receive notices from us.

I would put my google voice number on the signs which is forwarded to my cell phone and also thinking about putting my investment website where they could also contact me.

My clients have been some of the biggest  who are in Real Deal frequently and they don't mind if I call them on the cell phone.

But you solve that by having them send you written communications involving everything but blood, flood or fire.  

Managed to hold onto the property through blood sweat and tears but then ended up selling it after 8 years and not really minding being a renter for a while now :)  Even though I want to own rental properties I'm hesitant to get into an (expensive) property for ourselves as it's just a lot to bite off and risk.

If 3 or less, but accounts are for ANY utilities (including cell phone service), or minor consumer goods (Wal-mart, Pizza Hut, Victoria's Secret, etc.)
