Trendy high end condo type houses would logically command a higher sales price, and even if the profit remains the same, I'm sure the properties will move extra fast if correctly priced.

For a while there, the odds were massively in your favor in flipping, heck they were so good I flipped some, did some condo conversions, etc.

YES.4)You used "scribner's error" as a reason for the purchaser to buy your condo instead of the one next door with a contract already on it. 5)You scream "Get the ____ out of my house" to tenants even though you don't have a leg to stand on.6)You feel the hood of the tenant's car to see if it's warm because they won't come to the doorand there are no lights on..
