There are working families getting homeless shelter assistance because their jobs aren’t enough to qualify for housing.

I am looking to buy a single family house that has an existing assisted living facility business occupying and operating out of the house.

Generally speaking at Open Houses most agents are looking to meet "Viable Prospects" - someone who is interested in utilizing the agents' services to assist in the purchase or sale of a home.

I am starting off slow, currently bird dogging.It is easy for me to find properties but I want to go beyond that and assist in marketing properties once they are under contract (ex: bandit signs and social media marketing).By doing this am I acting in the capacity of an agent or broker?
