I don't know, but it doesn't seem likely I'd get a much better deal with a refi.Looking at rent comps in the area (Centerville) for a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath with 1,000 square feet I've estimated it'll rent for about $900-$1,200 a month, but another concern I have is the $230/mo HOA fee involved.
