While some tenants will clean the unit themselves, many will hire out the task - we have found this to be particularly true of the current generation of student tenants.  

Desiring to find investors and buyers is a difficult task when you don't have a good understanding of what you are selling.  

What kind of paperwork was involved ie contracts, disclosures etc...I use a VA for daily tasks right now but I'm trying to figure out how I can structure using assistants outside of my farm area.

We may need to play as vacation adventure, not locally.  

It was automated.Locally, in the Bay Area, we saw a tremendous number of startups, not only founded by the previously unemployed, but also by fresh college graduates.Technological innovation that resulted in automating manual tasks...

Keep in mind my goal isn't to make every little thing perfect, but to take the biggest snags involved in repetitive tasks that I'll be doing 100,000 times and removing them.

We are new to investing and looking for new friends and any help to guide us on our newest adventure into real estate investing. 

I would like to start my real estate investing adventure in a "buy and hold" of small multi-families.
