The property is across the street from a middle school on one side and a church on the other side of the street, I would give the area a solid C+ to a B-.

I would recommend driving, walking, or biking your target market, street by street.

I want to make sure that I don't fall victim to analysis paralysis and so I have decided to reach out, speak up and get active on the forums - to learn and also, hopefully in time, contribute in a meaningful way. 

Additionally, zillow has a similar home (2BR, 1000sqft) for rent listed on the same road directly across the street for $950.How does your analysis look using ~$1000?

A recently completely renovated home with similar specs (sisters is a bit smaller) just sold on the same street for 530k.
