Who is named on the court documents?

Quick update, I spend an hour on the phone with SBA and spoke to 2 different reps.First rep read off an "internal" list of approved and non-approved uses, but was unable to send it to me nor point me to any documentation online that gives specific examples.

Reasons... 1) real-estate documents are not the same in each province 2) Realtors generally only have access to listings in their own jurisdiction 3) a local agent can connect you to other local resources (insurance, inspections, etc.) 4) a local agent will likely know the history of the property and steer you clear of a dud

So you might want to discuss this with a local real estate attorney (who you will need to prepare all of these documents anyway). 

Do I need document preparation services from an RE lawyer? 

There is nothing in my documentation to say any of this is not allowed.

@Jay Hinrichs yes we did do term agreements and signed loan documents.

Comments during this phase are discussed with the client and an updated set of documents is completed and resubmitted.
