Willow T. How I Made $104,000 on My First Flip Purchased for $31K
12 July 2017 | 171 replies
This was a slow, non-traditional flip that included installing new subfloors, tile, PEX, cabinets, sinks, faucets, windows, landscaping and wiring/outlets/switches/fixtures, studding new walls, refinishing the original hardwood floors and clawfoot tub I found at a salvage yard, building the master bath vanity from scrap wood, hanging drywall and beadboard, and turning an awkward landing/closet/powder room combo into a full bath.

She says she went over there and try to talk to the neighbor  At first she refused to answer the door but once she finally opened it she said  "If you want me to keep my dog  out of your yard tell your landlord to fix the fence and then I'll try to keep my dog out of your yard"What the neighbor is referring to, its a divider fence  in between the two houses (town homes) the Landscaping slopes so there's a small Gap underneath one side of the fence.

Kenny Riley Thinking of renting my house - Questions
17 December 2016 | 2 replies
I put about 7k down (3.5% + closing costs, etc) to get into it.. so if I sold it for 160k I would make my 7k back plus a couple of extra grand after the realtor fees are paid for it sounds like, not bad for only living in it for a year.Me being a single and younger guy, I just think a house is too much for me in terms of keeping up with it on a daily basis, yard work, and things, so I was thinking of possibly renting it out and getting myself an apartment for now (or even a second home for investing purposes but I have no idea on the income requirements for obtaining a second mortgage).
