Have you scoured the market with a Realtor who specializes in your market with investors?

I have a trusted realtor at each location as well as management firms that I currently use. 

@Jerel Ehlert:The inspector, my realtor, and I did walk throughs of the home but did not notice any cracks on the walls and only slightly uneven floors.

I'm a Realtor and my husband & I are looking to get started in RE investing. 

My realtor just reached out to let me know he has a client building a house that needs a place to stay for 6 months. 

Realtor listings?

If anyone has any suggestions for realtors, contractors or anything else that could help us we would greatly appreciate it!

I have a realtor that I have been working with and got on her list to see any listings in the area. 

Also as for  basic financing questions FHA, VA, conventional and creative financing, I would be able to share my experience as a former realtor assisting buyers with  these loans as well as having used them myself in the purchase of my own homes.As far as personal purchase experience, this is my fourth home.

This will allow me the financial freedom to go back to school and get the education I wasn't able to get because of my responsibility to my family.I'm in the Hoke county area and I have seen many homes posted on Realtor-com in that price range, mostly mobile home REO.
