So you may be able to purchase cheap in those rural areas but I suspect the rent versus purchase price is not as favorable. 

^ I completely agree with the above.SEO will take you a lot of time to research and learn and a lifetime to stay on top of and up to date.That said, good SEO work isn't cheap.

I wanted to write this review because of the great work Jose did in installing our boiler at a fast(one day) reasonable rate($2600 for boiler, delivery, install, and haul away).Our 30 year old Utica steam boiler finally went last week, and I was searching Angie's list and craigslist for someone to replace it.I stumbled on Jose, who was offering a 5 year old Clean Burnham 175kBTU gas fired Steam Boiler for $1250.

They're not cheap and the service they provide not complicated.

It seems as though this is an often used cheap tactic some landlords use instead of filing for eviction.

I would take $500 as a cheap lesson learned and then assess how I really wanted to move forward with this property.

And you are getting cheap government money.
